He worked at Chinese medicine factory in Jinan, Shandong province, successively holding the posts of monitor, section chief, workshop director and branch manager. On June 13, 2003, he established Dahua Guangji Biochemical Engineering Co., LTD and served as General Manager. Dahua Guangji produces vitamin K3 and B5 mainly, and the production quantity ranks the 2nd and 4th in the world with annual value of production and profit over 500 and 100 million Yuan, respectively.
